This building looks good from far and high, but up close and at street level they killed it with leaving the bottom of those balconies white. Had they made them black to blend it with the building it would have made all the difference.

This video has come on my feed a bunch of times but I never watched it because I don't think anybody really knows what the plan is. I don't even thinks Rogers knows what they want to do.

The podium of this tower kind of reminds of 19 Duncan.

I'm not sure I understand the sarcasm here. Given the amount of glass buildings in this city, Sugar Wharf is totally refreshing. Anything that is not a glass box in this city gets a thumbs up from me as this city is becoming one big piece of glass.

This is the biggest problem with Canada right now. The expectation is that everyone should be able to afford a house. I grew up in a small town house with two sisters that shared a bedroom. There were 5 of us in that tiny townhouse with only one bathroom. I had friends that lived in even tighter...

Funny you mention that. I was thinking the same thing when I saw that pic. Not only does the maple leaf look okay, but building themselves look better too.
