I'm floor 23, level 22. I'll probably get a delayed occupancy soon. But the most recent occupancy date was March 12. Maybe they were filling my tower on Princess first with different completion schedules. I'll post if I get an updated occupancy date. Please do the same. It would be nice to know...

The beginning stages of wood finishes on concrete benches. It was pretty obvious they weren't going to leave them as just rough concrete. (Despite one of the earlier cynical comments) Looking forward to seeing the end results.

Have you looked at the unit layouts? When I was shopping around for pre-constructs, this had some of the nicer layouts I'd seen.. no weird angles or corners. 2 bedrooms more than 700 sq feet and loads of windows and natural light. I get the criticism of massing and maybe exterior materials. But...

Those are considered sheer blinds. There was an option to upgrade to black out blinds when you chose your finishes. They will still offer privacy. But hard to sleep in.

There will be paid parking in the condo complex. A disclosure was sent out by Pemberton that said that in place of free visitors parking for condo residents, a paid parking area will be opened to the public.

T&S always had more of a dense waterfront resort feel to me. The outdoor spaces, infinity pool, cabanas remind me of an all inclusive. Not everyone's cup of tea for this area. I get it. Some of the comparisons are a bit crass, tbh. It may stick out as bulky now. But the multitude.of towers that...
