Just saw the update today. Up to 1500 units as affordable housing (20% of all units) ?? What are they thinking. I personally would not buy in a building with govt subsidized housing let alone freaking 20% of the units! This will hurt their sales for sure

Does anyone know if/what is planned beside Vita Two on the West? Is there going to be a building placed in between Vita Two and Eau Du Soleil (in front of the tall Vita One and Jade Condos?) I have seen renderings where there is a tall 40-50 storey building but don't see any plans anywhere

These buildings by Daniels remind me of the South Beach condos on Park Lawn and what not. I don't think Daniels Waterfront will age well Edit: South Beach not Key West

Does anybody know how badly this will impact the view for those living at 16 Brookers whose units face West? Will people be staring directly into the Waterway's owners units and vice versa?
