June 3 South tower at 18th floor North tower at 13th floor not all units delayed ‘till 2025…lower-mid floors occupancy in early 2024

They have 7 years to complete. So technically they have until 2025. Early 2024 makes sense…this building will be completed in 6 months… Winter 2025 makes no sense…

May 5 Update: North tower 10th floor, South tower 14th floor.

They have just started on the tower floors. There is cladding and glass on the south side of the podium.

As of 26/02/2022, podium is complete, no sign of towers yet.

North portion on 7th floor, Podium and South portion on 8th floor.

This time there was more specifics about the process … but you’re right, they seem to have different definitions of “within the next few weeks” For reference, my unit is about half way up the building so if I’m the lowest on this forum I’ll post here when I get new about the process for my unit..

Are you in the podium? Just wondering if podium folks have started hearing anything?

Do we know if anyone in the podium has received their appointment for Finishes/ Upgrade Selection?

Hey there is a real estate thread(this post will probably moved to there). But yes got an email that the process is starting but no appointment request or detailed info yet.
