Anyone have experience with Pinnacle final closing. how early they inform for final closing? 15 days or 90 days. As per APS they will provide at least 15 days written notice of the final closing date. 15 days are too short for final closing as we need to arrange the mortgage and need to lock-in... -

We got firm revised occupancy by mid October for 15 story tower so I am assuming the final closing would be in Q1 2021. -
