Every floor of cladding they add just makes this look more and more breathtaking. I can't wait until they get into the higher sections of the tower.

I'd rather someone else got their hands on all of this land and went for something other than a wall of soulless, bland condos.

The cladding is fine for what it is. Keep in mind the vast majority of people won't even notice the repeating panels and there's enough variance in the location of them. Not to mention the folded patterns immediately grab your attention making them even less noticeable.

Boy time flies. Feels like just yesterday that City-TV was moving in here. I think TMU moving to this building would be the best use of the space going forward. Plus it's a great way to expand their campus closer to the square.

Even on a gloomy November day the cladding still pops. Imagine this fully clad under bright sunshine 😍

I'm already in love with this tower and it's only going to get so much better. The cladding is so unique/stunning and in a perfect location for such a landmark development. Hopefully we can see the west tower rise at some point because these two beauties together will be extraordinary.

Blown away by not only the quality here but how fast they're adding floors and installing cladding. They'll be onto the middle section of the tower in a few months if this pace keeps up!

Agreed. If Phase 2 was 20-25m taller it would create a nice peak effect between Phase 1 and Brookfield Place.
