    Toronto The Whitfield | 130m | 39s | Menkes | Giannone Petricone

I know menkes still has the MENKES signage on the top - but a while back several UT commentors were looking into why they were able to add such large signage so late to a building they will not have an interest in, and some even put in complaints. Again, understand that the signage is still...

    Mississauga Exchange District Condos | 232m | 72s | Camrost-Felcorp | Arcadis

I think we have discovered who works for Arcadis

    Mississauga Exchange District Condos | 232m | 72s | Camrost-Felcorp | Arcadis

I don't think this is an ugly condo tower - but it does look a little more like an office building to me. Still better then the glass boxes we have in Toronto

Lesser recognized buildings in Toronto that you enjoy

UofT's actually selling a 50% leasehold in this building right now.

    Mississauga Exchange District Condos | 232m | 72s | Camrost-Felcorp | Arcadis

These buildings are massive. I saw the posting for the second phase to the south on UT. Any rumours out there on how many condo's were not closed on? Camrost was asking a pretty high PSF at one point - if I'm remembering correctly they even started giving people cars to keep their PSF prices...

I don't understand how this is supposed to aid your point. TCHC has had to partner with private developers to update their housing because their so underfunded their current assets fell into disarray... Is this your case for how the city does a good job of building and maintain housing... by...

    Toronto 141 Roehampton | 186.3m | 58s | Lifetime | Wallman

Was there ever any news on why this facade was painted? Still one of Toronto's great mysteries.

    Toronto 2 Post Road | 30.14m | 5s | North Drive | Richard Wengle

What would your preference be. Affordable housing or shoebox condo's on the bridal path? Given the location, I think this is still an added benefit to the area.

    Toronto 1100 Caledonia | 14.02m | 1s | Oxford Properties | Ware Malcomb Architecture

Has Oxford built SS before? Or maybe this will be for their Yorkdale tenants?

    Toronto 2451 St Clair Avenue West | 22.47m | 6s | Montcrest | Chamberlain

... would you want to live in this?

    Toronto 2323 Yonge Street | 212.4m | 65s | RioCan | DIALOG

I had heard that RioCan was looking to start to wind down its RioCan Living platform. I feel we'll continue to see them dissolve their portfolio

    Toronto East Harbour | 214.2m | 65s | Cadillac Fairview | Adamson

Would've been so cool if this had turned into a Canary Wharf area with different architecture styles. I don't see CF doing that though and just having effectively a new City Place but with some (a very minor amount) of office

    Mississauga Dixie Outlet Mall Redevelopment | 74.7m | 19s | Slate | Giannone Petricone

Dixie Mall in receivership https://retail-insider.com/retail-insider/2026/03/dixie-outlet-mall-in-mississauga-placed-into-receivership/ Maybe we'll get someone who can actually activate the masterplan.
