These buildings are massive. I saw the posting for the second phase to the south on UT. Any rumours out there on how many condo's were not closed on? Camrost was asking a pretty high PSF at one point - if I'm remembering correctly they even started giving people cars to keep their PSF prices...

What would your preference be. Affordable housing or shoebox condo's on the bridal path? Given the location, I think this is still an added benefit to the area.
