Also, they have few units remaining and 3-4 years to sell them. Menkes had a great year in 2013 starting with 365 Church and then Harbour Plaza. I have mentioned this in my blog on Similarities in successful condo launches of Toronto.

As per the letter received from Menkes, they have received final approval and will begin work very soon. It has also been confirmed that demolition and site preparations are anticipated to begin in January 2014 and construction will start in the first quarter of 2014.

I believe about 6-7 more storeys to go. Now it is emerging to look like the "tallest residential tower in Canada".
