The first two renderings doesn’t look too bad with the warehouse loft aesthetic, but still lacking in something. The other renderings look like a hospital with the small aluminum framed square windows (were they earlier proposals?). The larger windows will make for much nicer condo units inside.

The podium is a big improvement, but I’m disappointed that the tower is a generic grid of off-white precast and punched openings. The tower needs a bit more articulation. Maybe a step-back or two, and some rows of balconies to break up the boxy mass.

The huge roof on the 5th floor could have been a really nice outdoor amenity space (outdoor garden and BBQs), but from the renderings it looks like one big green roof with a unit fronting it with a small terrace space. It seems like a waste and a missed opportunity.
