From what I recall, when they took them down. The neighbours were understandably upset about the removal of them, but they had also fallen into disrepair, so they needed to be rebuilt anyway. Those entrance gates, once built, would have been a neighboring street, laneway to the Snider house...

Oh yeah, they came down in 2020 when they took the funeral home down. I think they are supposed to be replaced.

Looks like grading is completed. And they are ready to go, even putting up signage on Highway 26 showing off the new location.

Can't comment on the plans, but the buyer has not closed yet, currently just tied up.

It will be out of warranty before the rusting and need to be replaced.

I do not know if this is to protect the cars/trucks that have been parking there for the Chatsworth project, or if something is going on. Nothing new on the permit side. But this all went up over the last few days.
