    720 Bay is PLANNED to become a life sciences building once MAG is out. Alexandria acquired it to renovated the whole interior for that use. Will that happen, who actually knows.

    They do fly vertically, but the hospitals all have dedicated flight paths where buildings around them cannot exceed the height of the hospitals helipad. For example here is the flight paths in to St Mikes: These are straight lines, but they are also a vertical cone for aircraft approach safety...
