720 Bay is PLANNED to become a life sciences building once MAG is out. Alexandria acquired it to renovated the whole interior for that use. Will that happen, who actually knows.

As noted in another thread, I missed this topic back in the summer. It is the Ministry of the Attorney General which took all the space.

That is the Ministry of the Attorney General, after Dream sold the building they were in to lab group out of Boston and the lease expired, out they go.

They do fly vertically, but the hospitals all have dedicated flight paths where buildings around them cannot exceed the height of the hospitals helipad. For example here is the flight paths in to St Mikes: These are straight lines, but they are also a vertical cone for aircraft approach safety...
