I couldn't see a category on 311 to report this. Been over a month without collection (according to my previous photo) and now there's a taped up sign, I'm not sure if officially by a city worker or just someone went rogue and slapped duct tape over the collection bin at Bloor & Runnymede:

When I was at the new T&T on Edward Street this weekend I learned that as of next week they're extending their hours till 11pm daily (currently 10pm). I love grocery shopping at night so it's heartening to see this!

The auto body shop has finally been demolished and the lot is fenced off now! The pylons on the road are from a different project (railpath/davenport diamond work) so that entire stretch of Dupont is going to continue to be a mess for the foreseeable future.

A small update/upgrade: the south sidewalk of Dupont is back to being open, and freshly painted (for now). Hurray! I also noticed they repainted the half of the bridge that's complete, along with the lettering. Bridge segment still not open to peds though.

I know it's a temporary solution but the pedestrian walkway along Annette/Dupont under that bridge is a biohazard. The ammonia-like stench and number of dead pigeons under that bridge makes it very difficult to breathe, not to mention the blind corners and how dark and unsafe it feels at night...
