That's Indigo. They have floors 2-5 then everything above is Shopify. I'm a biased source, but seeing Indigo's floors compared to Shopify's is quite the stark difference in money spent.

That's mostly correct. The only space we're done with is WeWork (240 Richmond) which we had for a year as overflow.

Took a whole bunch of photos from inside the Shopify offices (so far we have floors 6,7,8 and 10 open). There's still a lot of work to do, but the building is amazing the curved glass portions offer great views. Monday was busy with hundreds of people moving in (including Indigo as well)...

Everyone complains about retail in condos and obviously this one has a Starbucks. Thankfully as @interchange42 posted, Flock is amazing. I've eaten there twice for lunch and everything is great. It's quite busy every day as well.

Not to defend the pedestrians who walked onto the actual bike path, but are they actually doing anything wrong here in the intersections? From what I saw all the intersections are shared spaces. There really isn't a "bike path". It's why the pavement doesn't continue through the intersections...

I agree the designers couldn't really make up their minds. But you'll notice that the bicycle symbols are only at the "entrances" of the bike path. When the pavement starts or ends you'll find a bike symbol to denote what the path is meant for. Which actually does make sense. But if you take...

Haven't seen it mentioned in here but the Union station is finally visible from inside the Skywalk. They've taken down the temporary construction walls that were blocking it for the most part and it's looking very impressive. I'll try and take a photo by Wednesday if no one else has by then.

It's tough to tell from those two photos, but the new windows look fantastic in person and completely change the building.

I had a meeting in this building last week and I was told by the company renting there that everyone was being kicked out the building very soon. They had already started boxing all their things up ready to move out.

Most of the interior/back walls have been gutted and demolished. You can now see into the building a lot better walking by.

Canoe Park is also still surrounded by construction zones. Just like everything else about City Place, more jumping to conclusions before it's finished. Wait until all these buildings are completed without construction and the park will seem a lot nicer and busier.
