    Well.... without the scaffolding, likely yes. I hate to say it, but while unique...... this is a pretty ugly building. I do not think it's going to age well.

    I wonder if there's financial trouble with Westbank that's slowing the overall completion. I think there were some bankruptcy rumors, and I see they just sold off their final stake in the Deloitte Summit & Toronto House. Maybe that injection of capital will speed things up here?

    Even if you believe in infinite realities, none of them would contain a scenario where the developers willingly tear this building down to put up something "better". EDIT: I'll also add, with a name like "Cryptopreneur", who would ever think they were trolling?!
