Construction fence is up and there is a bin on the site now, so something seems to be happening now.

That minor variance date was way back in 2017, not new. I did notice a small backhoe on the site a few days ago, that's new. I live nearby and have been staring at this empty lot for years now. I think the first attempt at a project here was over a decade ago. Hopefully it finally advances.
