Who in their right mind would pay that much: 1. In this economy 2. In a Freed building. Let's be honest, Freed's buildings...

Just now, slowly losing my CN Tower views but patiently waiting on the cladding.

    Toronto KING Toronto | 57.6m | 16s | Westbank | Bjarke Ingels Group

Another busy day of pouring today. Cement mixer trucks are lined up all the way down on King and two boom pump trucks on site too. It's fascinating to me that the boom pump truck on King can reach all the way to the other side! Also, lunch time at 10:30 AM or just a break?

    Toronto 45 The Esplanade | 128.85m | 39s | Republic | Arcadis

When I purchased at 75 The Esplanade, I specifically went with a north facing unit as high as possible because of the lower probability of anything blocking my view. Even if the properties on Esplanade and Front somehow get redeveloped, no way they'll be higher than 20 storeys. I also came to...

    Toronto KING Toronto | 57.6m | 16s | Westbank | Bjarke Ingels Group

    Toronto KING Toronto | 57.6m | 16s | Westbank | Bjarke Ingels Group

Something yuge is about to be lifted on site. Not sure what, however. I'll try to snap a few more pictures if I'm not stuck in meetings. EDIT: False alarm, the crane has been retracted but is still on site. The trailer is still on King, possibly until tomorrow?

    Toronto Alias | 159.5m | 48s | Madison Group | Teeple Architects

The upside of Alias is that Madison doesn't have to blow the majority of the development budget on celebrity endorsement!

    Toronto Alias | 159.5m | 48s | Madison Group | Teeple Architects

I'm holding my reservations until this actually gets built. Nobu also looked sleek in pictures and look how butchered and cheapened it looks in real life....And it was marketed as an upscale building!
