I just wandered by on my evening walk as I live in the area and there is 100% paved path behind the fence in that picture which has good lighting on the fences pointing towards the path so we are ok!

There are stops at the no frills there and that's where people were getting on and off but the bus continued up to the station after that 'final' stop. At least as far I could see! I hung around for about 5 mins

I wandered down to Mount Dennis station to see if I could get up to the bus terminal and although the buses were coming in and out on their new routes, there was security there stopping pedestrians from heading up to the building unfortunately

Last week I was on the 32 heading east on Eglinton from Jane to Eglinton West Station at around 3.45pm on a Thursday. We got as far as Oakwood Ave. (which Google tells me is 550m from Eglinton West Station) and we stopped moving for a few mins. I eventually stood up to see what was happening...

I was at Oasis last night and was pleasantly surprised at the crowd control and ease of getting on the subway after the gig. I was also at the Oasis gig in Edinburgh where more people attended and were being packed onto 3 car trams back to town so in comparison, Toronto was amazing.

Just following up on this...it looks like new signage has been installed at Mount Dennis...the only changes I can note from the original signs are the GO and UP logos beside the train image

I just chimed into that thread too but they also took these signs down at the Mount Dennis station earlier this week for some reason. I will try get some pics the next time I walk by.

They took all of these signs down at the Mount Dennis station too earlier this week so maybe it is not a renaming (yet) but rather more 'fixes'...

I know it is not new news but I live in this area and walk by here every other day probably and it is sickening to have watched this get built with lovely paving, benches, lights being added only to see them partly opened, surrounded by temporary fences before being completely ripped out. Maddening

Almost certainly seems like they will be playing there in August, there has been a couple of independent leaks that point to it. Announcement rumoured for North American dates tomorrow so fingers crossed
