    Excavation began about 2 years ago. The naysayers piled on. Stop work order was issued just over 2 months ago and the naysayers proclaimed victory. Soon, we'll see construction barrel ahead and the same crowd will search desperately for other rocks to hurl at Mizrahi. 2 years or so from now...
