    Toronto 88 Scott Street | 203.9m | 58s | Concert | P + S / IBI

Concert would not publish anything to the general public i'm sure about the big flood. But I do know that PDIs for some people that were supposed to be occurring prior to Christmas have been moved out and some move-in dates have been adjusted forward. Depending on where your unit is in the...

    Toronto 65 George | 67.32m | 17s | 10Block Studio | Core Architects

Sorry - meant to say newly proposed development. the design will undergo a lot of changes still. (rush typing)

If it is a new proposal it will undergo a number of reviews and changes i'm sure - lets wait and see what happens. but the concept is great for the area - there should be smaller, boutique condos being built over large sky scrapers purchased as investments and filled with renters. This offers...

I actually just walked in and asked to just stand there and look around for a few minutes - they didn't have an issue with it. ;)

    Toronto PRIME Condos | 148.43m | 46s | CentreCourt | Arcadis

I live in a CenterCourt building now - it's brand new - and i have to say i'm very unimpressed with it. Thankfully this is just short-term and i'm just renting for the year and will be out of there. But i would not call them experienced either. lackluster...

    Toronto Fleur Condos | 85.34m | 29s | Menkes | a—A

i notice there are no balconies or terraces at all on this building... that's a shame... Even Juliette balconies allow for better airflow into the units.

I wouldn't touch that area of the building to buy in to be honest. Give yourself a bit of time. Once the units start occupying you will see stuff ready for assignment to purchase. that back area will be noisy from vehicles and garbage removal and potentially smelly if the garbage area isn't...

    Toronto Sixty Colborne Condos | 82.29m | 25s | Freed | a—A

I'm sure i'm going to get flak on this statement, but... having served on a board of directors for a number of years and seeing the costs of replacing parts of the building etc. - from a practical perspective (considering our climate) the building is better off - i can see those nice huge...

    Toronto 88 Scott Street | 203.9m | 58s | Concert | P + S / IBI

From street level no one will really notice the top. No one will see that it looks like they 'just gave up' on the upper most floors. At least the bottom has the nice limestone etc. for pedestrian traffic.

    Toronto 88 Scott Street | 203.9m | 58s | Concert | P + S / IBI

But in Toronto, about 5% of condos are owned by foreign investment according to the many stats that come out. We're not a Vancouver. Foreign investment is low here. Most of the investment money is National It won't be until the condo act changes and/or additional governance comes out to...

    Toronto 88 Scott Street | 203.9m | 58s | Concert | P + S / IBI

I kind of agree with this. I love a canopy on a building entrance etc... but given the more historical look of the bottom of 88 Scott, the developer should have done the more traditional throwback to New York city canopies with metal and glass and emblems etc. Keep the street level classic and...

Are you asking me for the floorplans and prices cdr108?

75 on The Esplanade (Harhay/Carttera) - Real Estate

Sadly, the layouts of this building fall short of anything interesting/proper. There were next to none available by the developer for VIP sales as I was looking for a small 1-bdrm as an investment. Very expensive but it is the last plot of land available down there. I receive an email today...

    Toronto Berczy Park Revitalization | ?m | ?s

The grasses might go brown over the summer - it just means they have gone dormant and have not died. Its not really a bad thing to conserve water by not watering things that do not require it (like grass). All depends on how hot the summer is. However, your right. it's the gardens that get messy...

    Toronto 88 Scott Street | 203.9m | 58s | Concert | P + S / IBI

It's the 3rd protrusion on the 46/47th floor. so far it looks like they are not going to finish underneath it - which is not good news...

So when i bought my unit i asked about the columns as i'll have three in my unit - they sales staff told me that the interior columns will be round. (although square would be easier to decorate now that that has been mentioned!)

i hope they do something with the underside of the balconies. Anyone know if they are going to be painted or...? Would be a shame if they left them raw concrete.

    Toronto Sixty Colborne Condos | 82.29m | 25s | Freed | a—A

I've been watching this one as i live in the area. i'm somewhat regretting not taking the plunge and getting a unit here as it is unique. however - the maintenance fees are pretty steep. probably only to go up after the first year. A studio purchaser would have made a good choice.
