I took these yesterday as I was in the area to do some environmental clean up. It makes me happy to see this site redeveloped. I'm just awaiting the day Erin Mills mall gets intensified...the gating off of their lawns is inane and makes it that much harder to walk to the mall.

I'm wary about Madison ever since they built Madison Centre. It's not terrible, but definitely couldve been better. I'm skeptical about this proposal...it could quickly turn into a Nobu situation. Or be grey instead of red because of VE work.

Today

I visited the area yesterday, possibly my first time in the area...or atleast the first in 9 or more years. I'm glad to see this area is densifying, frankly I never really knew there'd be this much development in this area, but it makes sense. This last image was taken by the Walmart north of here.

Yesterday. The podium is quite interesting on this project, though my cell phone died before I was able to photograph it to a greater degree.

From yesterday. I'm rather impressed with the quality of this development, even if the podium seems a bit heavy and reductive, especially beside Untitled.
