Looks like their "master plan" is going to take another 25+ years... so disappointing, I've lived here 10 years already, this place isnt even close to 10% filled. I'm also sad that another bank (BMO) is opening up in the Gallery Towers Retail, I mean, how many more banks, spa, cosmetic retail...

Is this Times next phase? Glad they're doing this one to get that verdale crossing intersection properly built out. Makes way to get the school started right beside it. Supposed to be 2026 opening. Saw them moving rocks at the corner of hwy 7 and verdale xing.

One big difference between the developments in Vaughan and Scarborough Town, is both have access to TTC network... If DT Markham had a decent transit system, I'm sure this would be built a lot faster than its snail pace now. However, I'm happy to at least see some progress... Im looking forward...

Saw the sign directing people to park for their PDI for Gallery Square at the Remington Sales centre on Enterprise. Look forward to seeing what it looks inside!

A golf course was behind here? Some sort of club house is west of where the proposed playground is fenced off. Is there development for that area? I always thought it was the entire area but guess it's just these 5 blocks.

They taking their sweet ass time to build that sales centre for Highmount. It was started in beginning of summer? Unlike Union City, that sales centre went up what felt like a month. And sold everything with the next week lol.
