One big difference between the developments in Vaughan and Scarborough Town, is both have access to TTC network... If DT Markham had a decent transit system, I'm sure this would be built a lot faster than its snail pace now. However, I'm happy to at least see some progress... Im looking forward...

A golf course was behind here? Some sort of club house is west of where the proposed playground is fenced off. Is there development for that area? I always thought it was the entire area but guess it's just these 5 blocks.

They taking their sweet ass time to build that sales centre for Highmount. It was started in beginning of summer? Unlike Union City, that sales centre went up what felt like a month. And sold everything with the next week lol.

As of Oct, Enterprise is reduced from 4 to 2 lanes, construction across from the York University parking lot. Looks like they're building infrastructure, digging to install large pipes? connected to the pipes that were installed on Birchmont south of Enterprise a few weeks ago? Or maybe it's...

It's happening, the throughway that we've (mostly I) been waiting for!! In preparation for Time's group next building but also the new school! The other one I'm looking forward to is also Enterprise being extended westward of Warden. It will relief so much traffic from Hwy 7.

Glass has gone up on street level of Gallery developments. Looking good, cant wait to see what moves in (please dont bring more BBT, cosmetics, medical). I'd like some retail, maybe a grocer (to replace No Frills leaving Warden?). I know they still have that Art Gallery planned near the south...

We bought bubble tea at the new place, Moge BBT, it wasn't bad. No AC though as per the sign outside the door. The clinics were closed today but by peering inside, they looked to be completed.
