Thanks. I've been quite disappointing about as well and can't really see the hype of Shangri La. The kitchen cabinet and bathroom have good finishes compare to average condo but the rest of the unit is extremely plain.

I looked at the 50th floor south facing unit on Ice 1 with great lake view. However, it seems like 8 & 10 York is popping up with 60+ floors. The view will for sure be obstructed. Can someone confirm?

Thanks. Where did you end up buying? Does anyone know if the Gym is free for its residents or we need to pay a membership fee to use it at Shangri La? I notice there is some mention about health club membership (monthly, 3 months, 6 mo. 12.mo) at its website.
