Sad enough I still use the 6 boroughs as reference points to Understand retail capability of an area. Calling it the "GTA" is too broad as someone from etobicoke is probably not going to drive to east york to shop

Im looking to forecast what areas would be good for retail..... Anything is good really. All I could find as far as traffic goes is the 20 busiest intersections from several years ago.

Anyone have any leads on how I can figure out the populations of the boroughs of toronto and possibly the amount of traffic flow?
