The 2 storey commercial/industrial building on the corner of Brimley & Ellesmere has been repainted white and is advertising "coming soon" for this one. I'm hoping the building is on its way down soon!

When I drive by the site on the Gardiner, you can see glass plates inside looking ready to be installed. I reckon we should start to see some cladding go up soon!

Thanks for the update Benito - I miss being able to follow this one in person since I moved out of the area earlier this month. The rental tower's cladding is starting to look questionable to me though... Hopefully it isn't so opaque looking once it is completed.

For some reason I actually like how this one is turning out. The orange paint is looking to be enough to differentiate this tall box from the many other tall boxes going up in the downtown right now.

The strip mall that was on site is completely gone and fencing is up around the perimeter.

From today - currently working on what looks to be either the 8th/9th floor on the taller tower and on the 4th of the shorter one. Sorry for the blurry pic of the shorter tower. The third image also captures the Redpath condo's ever growing presence on the skyline.

Columns are up for the 4th floor on the corner closest to Eglinton.
