    Toronto Eglinton Line 5 | ?m | ?s | Metrolinx | Arcadis

Love this and it is immediately easier to read and more informative.

    Toronto Quayside Building 1C | 44.1m | 13s | Dream | Teeple Architects

I agree. Not actually too bad - just nowhere close to what 'was' before.

    Toronto One Bloor West | 308.6m | 85s | Tridel | Foster + Partners

With progress moving along at a reasonable rate, has there been any hint of what will go in to the base of the building (retail ground floor)? I know an Apple Store was originally planned, and the space seems perfect for that. Trying to figure out what else might go in there if the Apple deal...

    Finch West Line 6 LRT

One thing I keep wondering about as I ride the subway ... How will they handle the new subway/rt maps? They obviously won't replace them all with new ones showing only the new Finch line added, given the proximity to Eglington opening as well. Do they put up new posters, maps, and signage...

    Toronto Cherry Place | 55.7m | 13s | Rekai | Montgomery Sisam

Are those 'mature' trees? I'm no arborist, but they look pretty young to me ...

    Toronto 48 Isabella Street | 225.7m | 69s | Hollyburn Properties | Kirkor

Interesting ... How fast could something like this break ground? Is this something we could actually see initiated in '25 or '26 ... or is this one of those 'someday/maybe' proposals? Curious what the timeline might be.

    Toronto Harbour Ferries

I agree. Probably state of the art looking for 1930. Not a fan.

    Toronto Quay House | 73.15m | 21s | Empire | Kirkor

I think the major offence with this building are the cladding materials. If you imagine it in a nice brick from top to bottom instead, it would not actually be too bad. Not a game changer, but not bad either (imo). That said, it isn't brick and the end result is not great.

    Toronto One Bloor East | 257.24m | 76s | Great Gulf | Hariri Pontarini

Ty and seems like a great fit for that space. I was wondering what could go in up there. Cheers!

    Toronto Hudson's Bay Centre Renovations | 32.87m | 6s | Brookfield | Adamson

I had been assuming all the work was subway related, but I see tarping attached directly to the RBC bank branch ... and it also looks like there is work being done on the Bay building awnings (not sure if those giant screws pointing up were always there, but it looks somewhat stripped down when...

    Toronto One Bloor East | 257.24m | 76s | Great Gulf | Hariri Pontarini

Walking past One Bloor East today and thought I saw what appeared to be work on at least three upper retail units on the west facing side, at the southern most part of the building. I would have thought it was just tidying up the space for possible leasing, except it seemed like they were...

    Toronto Quay House | 73.15m | 21s | Empire | Kirkor

Won't win any beauty contests for sure ... I could 'live' with the upper treatment, but am pretty sad about how it meets the street.

    Toronto 699 Yonge | 216.54m | 64s | Concord Adex | DIALOG

Interesting. I had been wondering if this project would come to life as some of Concord's other projects closed in on completion.

Dundas West/ Bloor Mobility Hub +interconnected hub network (Metrolinx)

Wow ... this is great. My wife and I decided to get off UP at this station to try out and said 'ugh never again', worth the extra train ride to Union instead. We were blown away that no connection existed between UP and TTC without a trek down the street. Of course, it was windy, cold, and we...

    Toronto Ookwemin Minising | ?m | ?s | Waterfront Toronto

Just to provide a counter-thought ... do we always need something to be unique? Can it not just be 'nice to have'? For example, everyone has nice large parks ... but that doesn't mean you can't also have one if people like it and use it. Perhaps a giant ferris wheel can merely serve the...

Toronto The Charles at Church | 152.7m | 47s | Aspen Ridge | BDP Quadrangle

Anyone know what will go into those historic buildings? Are they residential, office, retail?

    Toronto 50 Scollard | 147.62m | 41s | Lanterra | Foster + Partners

I was just thinking the same thing. Felt like this was flying along initially, and then totally slowed with cladding. Not sure if that is accurate or not, but feels like it from my thread visits.

    Toronto TOOR Hotel / The 203 Residences on Jarvis | 108.2m | 32s | Manga | Arcadis

I have and do - and it looks pretty solid to me.
