Thanks. PDI went well without many major issues. The unit does seem smaller than expected and the unit comes with a balcony which is a surprise (floor plan in the sales material does not indicate that there is a balcony).

PSF including parking and locker will skew the true PSF as the number varies by the size of the unit. Would be nice if the cost for parking and locker can be netted out from the PSF equation.

Had my colour selection today and my experience was similar to Exodus'. Kathy was very helpful in answering my questions and I ended up choosing the same package as Exodus (i.e. the colder colour scheme). Given that I went there knowing there was no upgrade available and there was only three...
