Getting keys and moving in tomorrow on the 6th Floor!

I did my PDI last Tuesday and should pick up my keys on the 27th. A number of people should have moved in on the first and second floors by now. I am on the 6th floor (which is actually the 5th I think).

Yes I had the same intuition. They may just be holding a meeting to see what that appetite is for redevelopment and the form of housing before they try to flip it to a developer.

I believe what you found is the fee for the Draft Plan of Condominium Application and not the fee schedule for closing costs.

For those that have purchased stacked or freehold townhomes, the location of the units has changed significantly. In particular, the freehold and stacked townhome locations have been switched.

I swung by on Saturday and they are on the 2nd floor on the western tower and on the 3rd floor on the eastern tower

Drove by on Saturday and it looks like the Eastern half is out of the ground.
