Final closing notice received for Sep 17th!

Just wondering how long does it usually takes for buildings to register with the city after completion? Or is it different every time?

They are trying to give 4-6 occupancies/day and finish before Jan 31st.

Had the PDI of my 1 Plus den unit done yesterday. Everything looked good, occupancy set for 19th of Jan. Am planning to rent it out...if anyone is interested can message me for details. Its on the 17th floor and locker is included.

Do you have carpet in your bedroom or you upgraded to laminate´. Wondering about the quality of the carpets.
