Was interested so went down a rabbit hole. According to this, his unit is 907, not Ph1001. https://www.omb.gov.on.ca/e-decisions/pl171452-Apr-14-2020.doc

I live across the street at 501 Adelaide, and have been watching construction of this from my window since start of COVID. It looks terrible to me. Needs more brown and less cement to look half decent.

Just saw units for rent hit MLS for this building!

I live across the street from this building, so have been watching it go up since the beginning. Am I the only one that thinks it looks absolutely atrocious? Will it look better when finished? It looks like something out of Eastern Europe. On the other hand, the WaterWorks and the new Rush...

    Toronto Rush Condos | 44.96m | 15s | Alterra | BDP Quadrangle

I don’t know if this is how to look at this data, but I’ve seen that about 2/3rd of the units in this building registered back in late summer 2022, according to Tarion: https://obd.hcraontario.ca/profile/B47299 Maybe something to do with this.

    Toronto Lumiere Condominiums | ?m | 32s | Lifetime | Wallman Architects

Well, I think floor 12, according to Craigslist rental listings, is moving in before the New Year, so it may be quicker than 1 floor per week (I think it was Dec 15th). Just curious as my current lease expires in May and I like this building.

What are the occupancy dates like to higher-floor units? Going into February?

    Baby, we got a bubble!?

I think it's $1000+. I think units start at about 800 sq. ft. and they advertise $800k+. Don't know what it's selling for though. I work right next to it though... one can hope for $600/sq. ft., right?

    Baby, we got a bubble!?

So, what's everyone's take: will I be able to get a unit at the Shangri-La Toronto for $600/sq. ft. in 2 years when it's ready for occupancy?

Which condo developers are the best in the city?

So how does one choose to buy a new condo? Lanterra's condos are not the cheapest... Murano is definitely not something I'd call cheap. Lumiere being built nearby is even more expensive, and while mostly everyone on here likes the design, who knows how it will do as a place to live. Is buying a...

Which condo developers are the best in the city?

Totally agree. As a renter in a brand new Murano unit (since late 2009), I can tell you now that I am considering buying a unit downtown, my experience with a brand new building makes me afraid of what's out there. I mean, who in their right mind puts only 3 elevators for a 40+ story building...

New condo downtown available between Sept. 2010 and April 2011?

Hi, I am looking to buy a condo downtown, preferably new, around the University and Queen area (as close to work as possible). I'm wondering what are the developments within about a 15 minute walking radius that are going to be ready for occupancy between September 2010 and April 2011? I know...
