The old and new offers a nice juxtaposition. Varied materials will make the view more interesting from high up... as someone that had unobstructed west view of the Toronto skyline for a decade it's beautiful seeing the contrast.

It also has many mature shade trees. The bus stop there is fairly popular but the square itself never seems that bustling Anyway I would love to see more height here.

I wish they could keep the existing rental building that's there; seems rather wasteful to demolish.

As someone that lives nearby there are sooooo many retail spaces. There's also a coworking space on King that I don't think is exactly bumping. I don't see the value in additional spaces considering the huge opportunity that exists with what's available and the quality of options offered.

The sidewalks in MCC are quite wide. I disagree that trees make a street more walkable. Of course it’s a nicer visual.

Have you actually spent any time in Mississauga lol? There are plenty of trees in Mississauga which btw is hardly a construction site... so much hyperbole . Glad to see this project get underway.

Harry Rosen may be relocating to the new 'luxury' wing beside Holt Renfrew. The newer expanded location will have a 'street front' entrance with large windows. Square One is looking to add really high end tenants to this area of the mall including Tiffany's and possibly Dior.
