    I agree with yourself and others that there are more pressing projects to be considered in the near term. However, that 4km could create a number of pluses for the whole system. Redundancy as someone mentioned when the Yonge Line goes down, northern cross-town travel that dovetails with the LRT...

    Why is there no discussion about extending the Sheppard line west to meet the Spadina extension? At a distance of slightly more than 4km, it doesn't seem unreasonable and it would create another transit hub at Downsview.

    I'm not an expert by any means, but I think a total of six elevators for 800 units is light. I realize this isn't an office tower but I would think wait times will be high no matter how high the speed.

    Drum IS the MAN and UrbanToronto wouldn't be the same without his fine efforts. There are far too many people offering up criticism in here and never post a pic of what they do or don't like about a particular project. There should be no discussion about typos in here!
