I had done the measurements knowing it would be an approximation considering the angular nature of the wall in the living room and had accounted for that but the difference between 672sqft and actual 550sqft is quite a bit of discrepency.

Anybody know what the recourse would be if my calculations are indeed correct (which i certainly hope not.) ? :( S.

No I didn't as the floor plan calculates the sq. footage of the balcony separately: Suite: 672 Sqft. Balcony area: 226 sqft. Total area: 898 sqft. S.

Actually I just got a letter via Registered Mail yesterday confirming my interim occupancy date has been moved to June 9, 2010 and that I will get a PDI package 4 weeks before that date. Just an FYI.

I'm wondering myself. The only communication I get is when the cheques come out of my bank account.
