I’m pretty sure luxury condos bought by srs in the area who downsize won’t hurt the mall. The mall is quite small too with a good chunk of it restaurants. People in condos like to eat out. It will be good for that part of the mall.

Can they work on the Lords day and stop the stop the vax protests.

I basically think all these names are just marketing. Nothing more. I guess maple leaf square did add something to the area but overall condo names are just some marketing.

Either way people aren’t tKing the GO to work. It’s a waste of a good location where people could walk to a go station.

You can put it in the bottom of the condominium. But suburb people like to drive to their plazas so the likelyhood is they will just drive somewhere else. One day though when all surface parking is gone at plazas and malls people are going to have to figure it out.

I just think employee lands is a bit of a strange way to describe some of these places. For instance in the other site near Erindale GO station is a Tim hortons or McDonald’s worthy of employment lands? How about a few auto shops. Or somewhere to get a massage? The auto shop could be anywhere...

I think any area beside a go station should be encouraged to have residential use. Dense residential use. People will take the go train to work near union station. But people aren’t taking go trains to random suburban factories.

Wait what???!!! A search my last comment in the other thread. But they literally just let a brand new factory get put here. Clearly that made no sense.

So they wouldn’t remove restrictions from employment lands at central parkway and burnamthorpe (right across from a GO station) and a long walk but still a walk from square one but they would do it here. Do better Mississauga.

I used to live here. This isn’t bloor west. It’s ok to rip down everything and anything in not so posh neighbourhoods. But touching anything on bloor is like commuting a deadly sin.

They don’t have any ideas that’s why they keep naming things Hazel.

I was referring to leg and elbow room. I’d rather have larger chairs like the vip movie theatre and less of these social areas to reduce the size of the building. Than social areas with remaining seats of poorer than previous leg and elbow room. I say that as someone who isn’t even fat. I can’t...

I just don’t understand the reasoning for cramming more seats in. They can’t fill the seats they have. Why wouldn’t you rather have less comfortable seats and have the stadium more full than a whole bunch of smaller seats which you can’t fill and annoy people on the size so now they don’t come back.

I’m willing to learn.

And here I came looking for more train service.
