Daniels owes it to the purchasers and investors in this building to redo this art entrance... Daniels has screwed over the investors who bought in Cinema Tower on SO MANY levels... and fixing this entrance is the LEAST they could do.

Actually I don't think this is correct. i was at the sales centre a month ago and sales were at 60%. Sales were at 43% before the relaunch.

75% is very impressive for this project! Monde definitely has to be higher than 44%. Monde podium pricing is approx $100 less per square foot the Aqualina.
