Why are so many agents promoting and soliciting for this project? Way more than any other project that I have seen. Is the commission or incentive for this project higher than others?
That doesn't sound like something Great Gulf would do. They are always on top of things.

Daniels owes it to the purchasers and investors in this building to redo this art entrance... Daniels has screwed over the investors who bought in Cinema Tower on SO MANY levels... and fixing this entrance is the LEAST they could do.
It says a grocery store will be in that phase as well... i smell a Whole Foods popping up in Bayside. The weekly grocery bill would be just as much as the monthly rent.
