I am surprised that they still want to go-ahead with it at the current height given that it is so close to the Q-S Ontario Line station - would it be reasonable to assume that an MZO will be forthcoming at some stage and they could go higher than 14 & 15 storeys?

Does removing parking spaces count as removing a traffic lane? If not, can we take out parking on every major street with streetcars running in mixed traffic, and put bike lanes and widened side-walks where the parking spaces were. Win-Win.

Is it strange that they have built the concrete retaining wall in front of the gap in the perimeter that is supposed to be the gate which trucks use to exit the site? The section I am referring to is on Spadina, North (left) of the raised black construction office.
