Looks much like the inside of the Pickering bridge. The windows are quite dirty and there is dirt and grime on the horizontal surfaces. It’s not awful when you don’t think about it, but it’s pretty dirty when you actually look. The elevators are also absolutely filthy on either end of the bridge.
It should be abundantly clear by now that Metrolinx is just making crap up at this point. There’s too many inconsistencies on the Eglinton Line, the Finch line, some of their GO Stations, and now this line.
It’s weird because King West can refer to the neighbourhood. But at the same time, Metrolinx renamed Eglinton West because they thought it was confusing. The argument could be made that King West is also confusing.
Took the UP Express today. Maybe this isn’t that new, but the train departure board at the entrance to the Skywalk is really handy. Also I didn’t notice anything particularly bad about the DMU set I was on. Everything sounded fine.
I wanna squeeze into this how the bridge looks discussion and just say I thought it was underwhelming compared to how they hyped it up. Something like the bridges just down the road in the Port Lands were what I was thinking we were gonna get.

The line is currently down between Birchmount and Sloane. Trains were initially turning back at Lebovic, but my eastbound train got put out of service at Pharmacy. Then the next westbound train got held at Lebovic. I decided to wait since I had nowhere to be. Ended up waiting 1h 30m and then...
