    St Lawrence Market

Your comment oversimplifies a complex issue and lacks empathy. Mental health and addiction challenges are not just about access; stigma, fear, and past trauma often prevent people from seeking help, even when it's available. Moreover, these diseases themselves can make it incredibly difficult...

Time and Space Condos (Pemberton) - Real Estate -

That's crazy. The norm is between $4k-$8K (depends on connection and placement). $16K is def not worth it.

For me it's less interesting because this balcony "trick" has been done dozens of times before in the city.

Speak for yourself, all of these are exciting to me.

    Toronto Eight Cumberland | 170m | 51s | Great Gulf | a—A

Even without any bells and whistles, this building looks so much sharper than the messy girl to the north (1 Yorkville).

All sides are equally grotesque. Overall, the massing and quality of material and design is atrocious.

    Forma (Great Gulf/DREAM/Westdale) - Real Estate -

I do cook and have a small kitchen. It's all about being more minimal vs cooking like you live in a house in Markham. You'd be surprised what I can cook up :) You don't need a KitchenAid to make a cake.

    Forma (Great Gulf/DREAM/Westdale) - Real Estate -

I sure don't, those things are ugly and take up way too much space for what they're useful for.

I wish Time and Space had all this plantation to hide that "architecture", if you can call it that. IMO, this project is perfection, from the massing, to the materials, right down to the plantation coverage strategy.

I heard this project was cancelled by my agent. Has everyone gotten their money back?

I don't think anything is ever overblown when it comes down to this mayor with his background and bias. Only one thing is important to Doug, DOUG.
