Utilities - as in Hydro bill? You have to register with Toronto Hydro first, then bills will start coming. In the meantime, the meter is still going...

Thanks for the update. Is it possible they've signed off on HVAC for certain units? Did you happen to ask if he was heading over today? Because the claim has been that he hasn't been showing up. lol This has become laughable...

Looks like we'll be floormates. Our PDI is this Saturday (after we declined doing the PDI last week because the unit was unfinished). I've been told that our unit is complete.

Just received an email (hardcopy letter is in the mail). Occupancy dates will be from October 1 to November 9. Yay!

Thanks for the pics, Razz! I was at the Lamb's office yesterday and they now expect occupancy to be in late-September.

I've already received 3 letters. The first one said "closing date" of October 2011. But I guess that doesn't count? The other two were occupancy dates March 15 and June 15.
