Hi Zaindo. I am on the 21st Floor. What floor are you on? Did anyone hear that same banging noise last night? It was non stop the entire night. Very frustrating. If it is indeed a water hammer issue can something be done about it?

I have heard the banging noise as well. I've been wondering where the noise is coming from. In the last day or two the noise has been more frequent. I don't hear it late at night but sometimes in the morning.

I also received a letter from Monarch (Ultra) for the meet and greet on March 27. Looking forward to it.

When did you buy your unit? Maybe the closing dates make a difference as to when you purchased a unit. Did you receive a welcome letter from Monarch yet?

Hi Seesus, We are on the same floor :) I bought my unit in April 2009. I checked my agreement again and the estimated closing date is June 2012. I too wonder why there is a difference in closing dates when our units are on the same floor?

Yes, that is true. I bought a unit at Red. The sales program is extended to December 2009. The original date was December 2008.

Hello Everyone, Construction is suppose to commence on the RED condo site sometime next year. I bought a unit one year ago. My occupancy date is December 2010.
