Are you in the park terrace north or south building?

Still no word for PDI \ Occupancy for 10 Gibbs (Park Terraces South). Waiting patiently... FYI there's a group on facebook that was started for the community "Valhalla Town Square Community"

I'm guessing it has to do with when you purchased? We bought around April 2019 and we were put on a waiting list.

Two options were available to us – A) $20k and B) $15K We're in Park Terraces South.

I also dealt with my locker purchase in mid-may. I was notified by email.

Anyone in Park Terraces South (10 Gibbs) get a PDI / Occupancy date yet?

Just notified that the new tentative occupancy date in the Park Terrace south building was moved from March 2020 to August 2020

Thanks for the great photos Jasonzed! Quick question though - The building circled in red... I know this is a part of Park Terraces. Is it the north or south building?
