All great points, but I just don't think there was the budget for a big splashy foyer. As someone else noted, much of the budget was used for updating infrastructure and back of house renovations. It is a solid 2nd tier facility for the GTHA, much needed.

I sure hope so, looking froward to getting this intersection done, hopefully for the summer season.
