    Toronto Monza Condos | 36.28m | 10s | The Benvenuto Group | StudioAC

What I don't understand is cheapening or not, it's no extra cost to actually match the white glass on the front with white faux brick on the side, the grey and tan sides to black and white front is super jarring, especially in person. Honestly horrific.

    Toronto Yorkdale Intensification | 150.5m | 50s | Oxford Properties | Hariri Pontarini

None of those things are feasible. The literally billions in lost revenue added to the construction cost would never work out. Yorkdale has a low enough coverage that there's more than enough room to develop all you would ever need around it and replace parking with underground which usually...

Toronto Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport | ?m | ?s | Ports Toronto | Arup

My best friend lived for years in the condo building at the corner of Queen's Quay and Bathurst. His unit faced the airport and by an order of magnitude the loudest thing both inside and outside was the streetcar making the turn up Bathurst. There is no place more affected by the airport than...

    Hamilton Steelport | ?m | ?s | Slate | Gensler

Slate Asset Management is the external manager of Slate Office REIT and owns very little of it. While this may point to bad execution by their finance group on their mortgages it isn't really indicative of SLAM as a developer.

    Toronto The One | 308.6m | 85s | Tridel | Foster + Partners

It's being sold as an 85 story building with no mention of extra floors available. They do mention that the new owner could refigure the penthouse floors.

    Toronto The One | 308.6m | 85s | Tridel | Foster + Partners

The JLL brochure and offering doc list the height as 85 stories.

And also repainting the building tiffany blue from what I hear.

    Toronto 2 Queen West | 34.44m | 7s | Cadillac Fairview | Zeidler

Too bad Abercombie & Fitch in its old iteration as outfitters isn't still around. This would have been the perfect place for it. Even could have put a fly fishing pond on the roof like they had on Madison Ave. They were in the Exchange Tower with a large store in the '80s. Kind of like a mix...

    Toronto 900 St Clair West | 43.69m | 12s | Canderel | BDP Quadrangle

Across the street from this is Monza which if you have a south facing unit will have fantastic views which won't ever be disrupted.

    Toronto CIBC SQUARE | 241.39m | 50s | Hines | WilkinsonEyre

There's a video walkthrough of Boston Consulting's new space there which is absolutely stunning.

    Toronto Eaton Centre

Looks like CF is going to re-façade 20 Queen West. I think those two towers are pretty iconic to the Toronto city-scape so I'd hope they are done tastefully but I have my doubts.

I have to look at it every day from my office window!

    Toronto The Dupont | 36.55m | 9s | Tridel | Turner Fleischer

Why would you want to reduce parking here? The ossington bus is a good NS route but there is a dearth of EW transit. You will still get people with cars living here and parking will just go to further crowding an already at capacity street parking condition. St. Clair is no different. The amount...

    Toronto 900 St Clair West | 43.69m | 12s | Canderel | BDP Quadrangle

I doubt this breaks ground until Monza is well underway. The backers of this are institutional and deep pocketed. They can wait until the market is focused on their building as opposed to the two others within a block.

    Toronto Galleria 01 & 02 | 92.65m | 29s | Almadev | Core Architects

Correct, this is where the sales center will be. No idea what the plans are for after but that's a decade away at this point...

    Toronto U of T: Centre for Civilizations, Cultures, and Cities | 42.75m | 9s | U of T | DS + R

Would look a lot better stepped back from the ROM and not over powering it through height. Could do with being a story or two lower even then.
