Can anyone tell why the two windows appear 'off' in the lower right of the west facing facade of One York building in the last pic? I apologize if this has been asked before, but I have scanned past pages to find the answer to no avail. I initially thought they were installed incorrectly by the...

Well, for starters it looks quite densely packed in, does not transition well with either the Toronto Star building, or the remainder of the proposal, and is rather 'plain Jane', and uninspiring for such a prominent footing at the beginning of Yonge Street. Perhaps judgement should be reserved...

It just adds to the unfavorable hodgepodge look of the whole complex.

Despite the many twinning towers in the area, I wouldn’t mind seeing this one twinned; the second setback with a slightly larger presence, a ripple of its former but facing opposite directions, and visually continuing the upper roof element…..just saying.

But perhaps that is the real exciting part....the encroaching vertical suburbs.
