    Lack of traffic rule enforcement

anecdotally, it feels like enforcement of traffic rule violations in TO is lacking. for people who follow this sort of thing closely, is there any evidence to support this?

    Multiplexes

I read that the motion council passed eliminates density requirements for 4 unit multiplexes. Does this mean someone can tear down their single family detached home and build a low rise (10 meters high) structure with 4 units that takes up 100% of the footprint of the property?

What one thing does Toronto do better than anywhere else?

I'm going to say the PATH system. Anyone know whether the City intends on keeping the dedicated bus lanes on Dufferin in North York once the subway extension opens in a couple of years?

    Yorkville Park

I noticed this past weekend that all of the evergreen trees at the eastern end of Yorkville Park had been cut down. Anyone know why this was done/what the plan is here?

    Green P

I moved to Toronto from Montreal a few years ago and was very surprised initially at the concept of Green P lots. In Montreal as far as I know there is no concept of a city owned parking lot. It is not considered necessary for there to be parking lots everywhere, and the city certainly does not...
