Total noob question here, but how do I get "official" answers from the builder? After signing our purchase agreement and giving the deposits, we've heard nothing from the builder. Am I supposed to be checking a site or bugging someone for updates? It's our first pre-construction purchase, so...

Given the current progress is a move-in date of May '18 possible? That's the tentative date we were given by the builder.

I had that same question, haven't seen any progress in the last 2 months.

Closest I know of is the DVP/Eastern traffic cam which shows a tiny corner of the construction site: http://traffictoronto.ca/toronto/DVP.htm

Which building is this in the Riverside Square site map (http://www.riversidesquarecondo.ca/resources/SITEPLAN.jpg.opt800x666o0,0s800x666.jpg) Is this the construction for the "city collection" building or the "future residential" that's just south of it?

Heating type I'm also weighing buying an old condo (20-30 years) vs a newly built one. Most of the older condos have HVAC units in the windows or electric baseboard heating...is that something to be concerned about? Anyone have any experience with those?
