Reading todays Saturday paper and the homes section has Pace listed at 39 stories. Sure would like to know if this is true. There is also another Shrama cafe restaurant opening in the old coffee, i sure hope its run better and cleaner than that Ali Baba hole ot the corner of Church and Dundas...

Well it will be interesting to see where this project goes because they did take a lot of heat at the city meeting and the local residents/neighbours.

I find it interesting that there are no posts since the night of the meeting and the developer got shot down quite a bit from about 50 people. And yet I see on their website that they have reduced the floors from 46 down to 36. Question for Wong-Tam what's up with this Ive never seen the city...

Well to be really honest I can live with what's there as well as the crack neighborhood. Reason being is that I rent in a co-op and as long as the area stays slummy rents will remain where there are which is cheap.

Does anyone know when the city hall meeting for Pace condo will be ? While I'm in favor of cleaning up this neighborhood I have a problem with the amt of stories and I have some density questions. Thanks in advance
