Hamilton Hamilton Passive House Modular Housing | ?m | 3s | CityHousing Hamilton | Montgomery Sisam

I can't say I thought it was 'Stacking modular crates' but who cares it looks great to me. It looks Scandinavian.

    Toronto 8 Wellesley | Residences at Yonge | 182.15m | 55s | CentreCourt | Arcadis

The difference being the Chicago towers are designed to be interesting while many Toronto towers are forced by zoning bylaws to have the sloped roof therefore the look in Toronto may seem contrived.

    Toronto 563-565 Gerrard East | 13.35m | 3s | Two Bars Inc | Avtech Designs

It is what it is . Townhouses on a busy thoroughfare. Not a high pedestrian area but good infill IMHO. Not an architectural wonder but not bad.

I don't see gold in the render? I see silver grey.

    Toronto Porsche Centre Downtown | 12.76m | 3s | DFC | BDP Quadrangle

I think that the restaurant there is a great idea. There will be an interesting stop off on the south side of the bridge halfway along Cherry street. Perhaps there will be views of new Porsches from the resto. In addition despite all the car haters on here there is an abundant number of car...

    Toronto 1233 Queen East | 35.7m | 9s | Core Development | Studio JCI

I live very near this site. It is for for certain going through the demolition process. I have chatted with the workers.a few times. When construction begins I do not know. I hope immediately after. The lot a couple doors down (Post loft condos by 'The condo man') has been vacant and over grown...

Toronto Cherry House at Canary Landing | 50.32m | 13s | Dream | COBE Architects

I'd say 'Pink Salmon' not 'Coho' or 'Sockeye'

    Toronto Queen & Ashbridge | 60.15m | 17s | Context Development | Teeple Architects

I actually like the overall look and feel of this development. I also look forward to more people being in this area and the retail that will be on its way. However there is too much WHITE! I believe that the look could have been more appealing with more varied material and colour other than...

    Toronto 985 Woodbine | 125.9m | 35s | Choice Properties | superkül

It seems that the 'Condo' as an investment is dead. Rental developments have become the new normal.

Too soon to say " Iconic Landmark"?

    Toronto Canary House | 50.3m | 13s | Dream | BDP Quadrangle

I just love and adore that old building and its restoration makes me very happy! It was in a desolate location ad the city grew around it and cherished it.

    Toronto 2 Queen West | 34.44m | 7s | Cadillac Fairview | Zeidler
