Yes Debbie Downer yes. Of course there are many details to be worked out. Rome wasn't built in a day neither was Toronto.

wow Wow and WOW. This is exciting especially considering this is right downtown/CBD rather than over by Cherry beach. This will no doubt create a lot of tourism business plus opportunities for locals to potentially take a cruise.

Hmm the poetry is a bit 'deep' I suppose this is should have been in an 'underground' station!

I think I like the 'plaza' here.It appears busier visually due to all the background 'noise/Architecture' across the street. I like the rectangular steel beams and it will be a good place to sit and view the passing parade. However what's behind the orange tarps?

This is definitely a new rendition. I'm not sure what to think at this point in time.

I'm happy this project is moving along. I recall the house being demo'd was sold a while back. Perhaps this is going commercial or a multi family? I'll do some research.

It seems the 'east' side of downtown is no longer 'east' but 'is' downtown practically.

    Toronto Ontario Line: Exhibition Station | ?m | 2s | Metrolinx | HDR

Very impressive and expensive looking machinery/devices. Are those tunnel 'borers' from Europe or elsewhere? I wonder how they are powered. Diesel?

Hmmm I rather like the look and feel of this proposal. I think it will make a great place for people to live despite its 'incoherent design language' or 'visual hierarchy' . Which from my understanding of what I just read says 'pretentious snobbery' in its language.

Is this truly under construction? I'm only glad that another empty lot is being built upon. Irregardless of the micro unit issue the architecture from a street point of view looks acceptable.

I'm looking forward to seeing some of these developments in this area starting. One can only wonder what the time frame will be? The new park will be a huge draw.
