Does anyone have any idea when this building is going to register and close? (Lower section)

Phase 2 has still not registered, its been almost 2 years since occupancy here as well. This building is crazy, can someone say milking occupancy fees... The owners in this building should start a class action against the builder asap and force closing as well as damages for the delay!

Anyone have some recent construction photos, I'm curious it they're out of the hole yet...

The podium was never going to be limestone, since the first day the sales centre was open and before the podium has always been a black granite. Look back in the thread, somewhere in there are pictures of the model from the sales centre, it also shows the black granite...

I think this building will be amazing for the area, its a great example of infill that Yonge street needs

The only thing that prohibits assignments from being on mls is the agreement of purchase and sale itself. Some developers will allow mls, depends on the specific circumstances... A good place to try and find some would be the sales offices themselves if still open. A lot of times people will...

Not to be brash, but you are 100% incorrect. The sales centre is a seperate building seperated by a laneway. It is however owned by Pemberton and is going to be leased out for some type of business. The Uptown does not have a Yonge street address, only a Balmuto street one...

That is why you need to build a relationship with your realtor, get referrals. Look for an agent that wants to build long term relationships. There are guys that want to make a quick buck on your purchase, and there are others who want you to be their client for life. Pick the latter as your rep.

The sales at Uptown are not as bad as everyone here makes them out to be, I don't get it. They are over 90% sold which is not bad for a 284 suite building. They have 26 suites left available all of which are larger more expensive units. The starting price for whats left is $896,900 up to $2...

No no, I meant the sales had dropped to that amount after some gave their suites back. the building itself hasn't changed
