It's bronze tinted glass on the exterior faces with mirrored glass on the two interior faces. The exterior looks neat, you can see in some of the renderings that it's not cladding but a perforated metal screen. Looking forward to seeing how this building turns out!

I don't even think the floorplates change, the balconies just flip direction. :/ I think the renderings look sharp but the fact that they just look so much like Ice really takes away from their impact. Agreed that I'd love to at least see what they'd look like in a reflective black finish, it...

It looks like the sidewalk runs between the tables and the building to me... in the pic the guy wearing shades appears to be on a bike.
