I got my occupancy in March and not sure if closing. Banks appraisals are short around 300 K and made it difficult to close. I want to know if anyone is in similar state and if anyone defaulted.
My understanding is, even if 200k is short, buyer has to come with that amount has in addition to the down payment of 20%•
