thank you for clarification, i was notified in may 2025 my tentative occupancy date was set to dec 23rd 2025 but since then i have not hear anything from the builder yet, i guess they delayed the date again.. and someone asked me is my unit crosstown i or ii i had no idea...so its separate...

anyone know if crosstown east tower belongs to crosstown i or crosstown ii? and if anyone would be interested..i have a east tower unit 16th floor ,691sq ft + 87sqft terrace 1b1b assignment currently on the market for $150k below orginal price back in 2020.
